Fill in the three lines of information and click Connect

Once the connection is established just drag and drop the file into the window, you will see folders for some of our regular FTP users.

If possible stuff (compress) the file(s) using Stuffit or a .zip utility. You can not upload folders

If you experience problems logging on you may need to disable Passive mode (PASV) under the preferences menu for Transmit or preferences/firewall for Fetch
