BEST DESIGN PRACTICES

• 260 Dpi is Minimum for Heatset/Sheetfed, 200 for Coldset/OpenWeb.
• Set your document size equal to the desired finished size.
• Supply .25″ beyond the document edge on all Bleed Pages.
• Pictures must be in CMYK mode if you want them to print in color
• Do not use Rich Black on un-coated paper & never use Registration Black

PDF files are now the only accepted format for file submission.

Most newer graphics programs have an Export to PDF function. Choose Standard: PDF/X-1a:2001

If you use an older program for layout you will need Adobe Acrobat Distiller to make your PDF. If you use Distiller 6 or newer Click Here Follow the instructions in the text file to install the settings on your system.
